yeah happy hoppy day!
We just starting putting the harness on Rudy and he’s still adjusting. It’s almost been four weeks since his surgery. At first when we would put on the harness he would just sit there looking at us without moving. Not sure what he thought it was supposed to do! We adjusted it a few times and now he’s much better. Oh and there’s lots of treats involved when we put it on!
We got his Ruff Wear Harness back a little bit ago. He had chewed up one of the front straps. We ended up sewing in a piece of tie-down strap that was the right width. It is the wrong color, but it works great. Chance is walking/hopping about three miles a day now. He is adjusting to being a tripawd rather well. His stiches come out in a week and hopefully his hair grows back faster.
